โ€‹Building a school is an incredible team effort that fills us with excitement! We come together to raise funds for Bring Kids 2 Schools, who collaborate with BuildOn to make this dream a reality.

Join us in this virtual sporting challenge where teams will compete to cover the distance within 90 days, from September to November 2024. Our mission is to raise funds for two new schools in Malawi.

Each new school we construct provides education for 150 children, ensuring equal opportunities for boys and girls. What's even more amazing is that 100% of our donations directly support the project.

The target is to raise US$34,000 to build two schools, and here's the best part: the company will match any amount raised by our employees, their friends, and family members. We can't wait to see the impact we'll make together and the joy we'll bring to the children in Malawi!

  • Cape Town to Malawi: 3.000 km
  • Dammam to Malawi: 6.000 km

๐Ÿ‘‡ How to log distances?

Log your distances manually or automatically through Apple Health, Google Fit or from Fitbit, Garmin, etc.

To transform any non-distance activities into measurable distances, use this guide and letโ€™s make every move count! https://www.myvirtualmission.com/downloads/guides/mvm/MVM-Activity-Conversion-Chart-2021-01.pdf

๐Ÿ‘‡ HOW MUCH DISTANCE SHOULD I COVER?

To help you track your progress effectively, here are your weekly and daily distance goals for each challenge level, considering a team of 10 members over 90 days:

  • Casual (Cape Town to Malawi): aim to cover 23.33 km per week, which breaks down to approximately 3.33 km per day.

  • Competitive (Dammam to Malawi): set your target at 46.67 km per week, equivalent to an average of 6.67 km per day.

  • Elite (Ludvika to Malawi): take on the ultimate test by covering 93.33 km per week, averaging about 13.33 km per day.

These distance goals provide a structured framework to keep you motivated and on track to complete your chosen challenge level within the designated time frame. While the table shows an average distance guide, you can set your own pace and target. Remember, every step you take brings you closer to your destination!
