Construction has started in Mpeni, for the first BK2S financed school in Malawi's Kasungu region.

Some voluntary teaching has been done here by community members, however, the children in Mpeni have long been in urgent need of a proper school building and professional teachers.

The teachers are ready and will start their work as soon as the building is completed.
